Analyst/ Software Developer

The selected candidates will support new and ongoing research and development projects, contribute to new on-site-state-of-the-art software implementation, as well as create programmatic deliverables. Under direction, selected candidates will apply comprehensive knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and dynamic and structural analysis to contribute to our projects.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of finite element and AI software, including software verification and validation
  • Work with other analysts, code developers, engineers, and subject matter experts to solve technical problems
  • Simulate and evaluate system response and performance to support or guide design, testing, modification, and optimization
  • Work independently and/or with teams to solve complex engineering analysis problems

Qualifications

  • Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent level of demonstrated knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Desirable Additional Skills

  • Verbal and written communication skills in English necessary to interact with a multi-disciplinary research team, author technical and scientific reports and papers, document analyses, and deliver scientific presentations
  • Experience programming with Matlab, Python, C++, and/or Fortran
  • Experience with uncertainty quantification or statistics
  • Experience with AI

Civil Engineer

The selected candidate will be a multifaceted figure in our company, providing both technical engineering tasks and client relations management. On the technical side, the candidate will use their knowledge of civil engineering to use CAD to design implementation projects for our MonStr Structural Health Monitoring System. The candidate will be expected to manage relations with existing clients and provide them technical support. Their responsibilities shall also include identifying, contacting, and interacting with potential new clients (with a particular focus on public administration). 

Responsibilities

  • Work independently and/or with teams to solve complex engineering analysis problems
  • Management of engineering and architectural aspects of projects
  • Interact with clients and manage client support
  • Interface with governmental agencies to promote the use of company products and services
  • Management of Incoming Orders

Qualifications

  • Degree in Civil Engineering (laurea in ing. civile (LM))
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Good knowledge of CAD 2d/3d
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems
  • Mid-level knowledge of structural dynamics
  • Knowledge of Structural Health Monitoring
  • Ability to use programming languages Matlab/Python
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with clients
  • Organization skills
  • Good communication skills in Italian and English

  • Experience using a CRM (customer relations management system) 
  • Experience with Digital Twinning
  • Experience with Software Development
