Methodologies to Evaluate the Seismic Safety of Bridges and Reinforcement Proposals
This is the title of the new seminar in which Asdea Perù will participate. The presentation will illustrate the current state-of-the-art of the most efficient methodologies for seismic vulnerability analysis of bridges. Asdea will also discuss advanced intervention techniques, especially those using composite materials (fiber) and seismic isolation and dissipation techniques. During the presentation, it will also present several works in progress on the reinforcement of bridges. All professionals are invited to the open class.
On November 23, 2017, the event will take place at CDLIMA – CP, San Isidro, in Lima (Peru).
The rich week of meetings will be completed with the XIII International Convention – Peruvian Chapter of the American Concrete Institute – ACI Peru 2017. The theme will be “Evaluation, Repair, and Rehabilitation of Concrete and Masonry Structures,” and will be part of CONCRETE WEEK, held in Cusco city on the 21st and 22nd of November. Representatives of ASDEA and Kerakoll SPA will address the theme of “Rehabilitation of historic buildings and structures of Masonry with adhered reinforcement systems,” emphasizing international experience.
