The Design of The Three-Dimensional Isolation System of The E-Elt Telescope
ASDEA participated in the I.S.I. (Italian Seismic Engineering) Congress 2019 held at the Faculty of Engineering of L’Aquila on June 27th and 28th. During these days, numerous technical seminars were held. An ASDEA representative took part in these seminars presenting the “Design of the adaptive three-dimensional isolation system of the European Extremely Large Telescope (E-ELT).” The numerous seminars were followed by visits to construction sites around the Abruzzo capital with the companies that provided the technologies for reconstruction.
The visits continued with a stop at the houses of Bazzano, realized for the CASE Project. The program also included a visit to the Justice Palace, which was fully reopened in 2015, and the buildings of the historic center, including the Basilica of Santa Maria of Collemaggio and the San Bernardino Church.
