En la parte trasera hay dos dependencias grandes construidas en el pasado como granjas. Los objetivos de este proyecto son los interventos locales de reparaci\u00f3n y reforzamiento porque la Superintendencia de Arqueolog\u00eda, Bellas Artes y Paisaje de Abruzzo (SABAP-Abr) ha restringido la mansi\u00f3n con restricciones arquitect\u00f3nicas desde 2004.\n\nHoy la familia Tirone \u2013 Lombarti es la due\u00f1a de la mansi\u00f3n.
