Al oeste de la plaza se alza el Palazzo del Comune (tambi\u00e9n conocido como Palazzo Merlato) y fue construido a finales del siglo XVII y XVIII en el lugar donde el r\u00edo Padenna flu\u00eda en la Edad Media. Las caracter\u00edsticas de los materiales, la geometr\u00eda y la tecnolog\u00eda de la construcci\u00f3n fueron estudiados para cada elemento importante para construir modelos arquitect\u00f3nicos y estructurales adecuados. Se realiz\u00f3 un an\u00e1lisis de riesgo de sismo en el lugar. Los resultados de esta investigaci\u00f3n sugieren un nivel de riesgo aceptable y ayudaron a obtener informaci\u00f3n \u00fatil para fortalecer los edificios utilizando t\u00e9cnicas innovadoras.<\/span><\/p>\n
