Obiettivi progettuali:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dalla collaborazione tra ASDEA S.r.l e\u00a0Walter Tosto S.p.A.\u00a0nasce il progetto WOLF (Workshop Overseas Learn Fabrication). Un rivoluzionario progetto di “fabbrica intelligente” per lo sviluppo di un paradigma di produzione progressiva e adattiva per grandi item e apparecchiature tipiche della caldareria industriale, la cui idea centrale \u00e8 quella di creare un “overseas workshop” ovvero una fabbrica itinerante costruita con una struttura modulare composta da container ISO 20′ che possa consentire l’ottimizzazione della logistica in questo settore industriale, sovvertendo l’attuale sistema produttivo e distribuendo in tutto il mondo non il singolo manufatto ma direttamente il suo impianto produttivo. La ricerca affrontata da Wolf verte su quattro filoni tra loro dipendenti e correlati: lo studio e la realizzazione di una struttura modulare realizzata con container; lo studio di un nuovo layout produttivo e del relativo nuovo sistema di material handling tutti coordinati da un sistema di gestione intelligente.<\/p>\n
