La progettazione era composta del utilizzo della tecnologia laser scanner 3D, che permette di acquisire digitalmente posizione e geometria dell\u2019area. Con questo tipo di tecnologia l\u2019informazione geometrica \u00e8 molto pi\u00f9 significativa e preziosa del mapping fotografico in quanto riproduce con estrema accuratezza e in tre dimensioni la topologia dell\u2019area oggetto d\u2019indagine.<\/p>\n
Nella progettazione, ASDEA ha provedduto l\u2019uso di questa technologia insieme a techniche di rilievo dell\u2019area con drone per gestire i punti generati e le ortofoto generate in modo da restituire con grande precisione tutte le misurazioni e le volumetrie.<\/p>\n

Il manufatto possiede un forte valore artistico ed \u00e8 tutelato dal \u201cCodice dei beni culturali e del paesaggio\u201d.
Gli interventi sono stati necessari per la riparazione dei danni causati dal sisma di maggio 2012 e per il miglioramento del comportamento strutturale dell\u2019edificio nei confronti delle azioni sismiche riducendone la vulnerabilit\u00e0, intrinsecamente elevata negli edifici storici di simile fattura.<\/p>\n
