Il complesso edilizio denominato \u201cScuderie di Capodimonte\u201d \u00e8 situato all\u2019interno del \u201cReal Bosco di Capodimonte\u201d a poche centinaia di metri dal Palazzo Reale ed era in origine destinato ad ospitare le \u201cScuderie Reali\u201d.
Realizzato nella prima met\u00e0 del XIX secolo sulla base di un edificio risalente al secolo precedente, il manufatto in oggetto \u00e8 composto da una serie di corpi di fabbrica a pianta rettangolare disposti a formare un aggregato strutturale con forma pentagonale irregolare con doppia corte interna. Attualmente l\u2019edificio risulta in uso alla Polizia di Stato che vi ha ubicato il Centro Elettronico Nazionale (C.E.N.), il Servizio Tecnico Logistico e Patrimoniale \u2013 Campania Molise Puglia Basilicata (S.T.L.P.) e il Reparto a Cavallo della Questura di Napoli.<\/p>\n

Il progetto fa parte di una gara d\u2019appalto vinta da ASDEA S.r.l. e diverse altre societ\u00e0 per la verifica della vulnerabilit\u00e0 sismica, diagnosi energetica, rilievo geometrico, architettonico, tecnologico ed impiantistico da restituire in modalit\u00e0 BIM, e progettazione di fattibilit\u00e0 tecnica ed economica della struttura.<\/span><\/p>\n
