Engineer/Architect
We are looking for engineers and architects to join our multidisciplinary team. We work with new hires to ensure they are given the assistance and training necessary to succeed. Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Perform building and infrastructure design
- Prepare reports, drawings, and specifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering/architecture
- Experience with 2D Autocad (or other CAD software)
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office and Adobe products, particularly MS Excel
- A desire to learn and expand your knowledge base
- Attention to detail, dedication to quality and accuracy, desire to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment, and effective leadership skills
- Experience in software development and proficiency in English are a plus

Structural Engineer
The selected candidates will support new and on-going design and analysis of new and existing structures with emphasis on state-of-the art computational techniques.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and plan projects
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Plan and formulate engineering programs and organize project staff according to project requirements
- Perform analysis and design of structural systems for all types of buildings and materials using various building codes
- Evaluate the design and results of the project and prepare documents such as drawings and specifications
Qualifications
- A Master’s or PhD degree specializing in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills, computer problem skills, ability to conduct field investigations, ability to develop successful client relations
- Experience with AutoCAD 2D/3D(or other CAD Software)
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office and Adobe products, especially MS Excel
- Knowledge of computer modeling and graphics software
- Good communication skills with an ability to communicate in English (both verbally and in writing)
- A desire to learn and expand your knowledge base
- Attention to detail, dedication to quality and accuracy, desire to work in a fast-paced environment, and effective leadership skills
- Experience with software development is a plus

I candidati selezionati saranno coinvolti nella progettazione di strutture nuove ed esistenti, ponendo particolare attenzione all’ambito strutturale.
Responsibilities
- Eseguire elaborati grafici e particolari costruttivi per edifici e infrastrutture secondo i requisiti del progetto definiti dai colleghi che si occupano della progettazione
- Eseguire le attività assegnate il più possibile in autonomia, con cura dei dettagli e delle tipologie di materiali impiegati
- Assistere la progettazione prestando attenzione alle richieste e alle specifiche del progetto
Qualifications
- Conoscenza e/o esperienza nel disegno edile e civile (strutturale ed infrastrutturale)
- Esperienza di Autocad 2D (o altri software CAD)
- Conoscenza dei prodotti MS Office, Adobe e programmi di contabilità (Primus)
- Il desiderio di imparare ed espandere le proprie conoscenze di base
- Attenzione ai dettagli, dedizione alla qualità e precisione, desiderio di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e costituito da team di lavoro
- L’esperienza nell’utilizzo di software di grafica e di modellazione tridimensionale (Rhinoceros, Revit, etc) sarà valutata positivamente
